(1) Entry ends November 25th, 2023 at 11:59PM. (2) Purchase not necessary to enter. (3) Entry for residents of California only. (4) Entrants may not enter contest on more than one Starlight Cinemas location Facebook page; doing so will result in disqualification from entry. (5) ONE randomly chosen entrant PER individual, participating Starlight Cinemas location for this contest, will be selected and notified via private message OR via reply to entry comment. (6) Chosen entrant who receives this private message or reply to entry comment must respond within 48 hours, and all entrants are encouraged to check their private messages and Facebook notifications within several days of contest duration's end. After chosen entrant's response within this 48 hours, subsequent communication from Starlight Cinemas will confirm their win if eligibility and rules acknowledgement are successful. Failure to respond within 48 hours will result in chosen entrant's disqualification from contest, and a new entrant may be chosen OR contest may be immediately canceled. (7) After confirmation of win from Starlight Cinemas to chosen entrant, winners must pick up their prize pack in-person from winning location within 2 weeks of message correspondence confirming their win; when winners pick up their prize pack, theater staff may ask for a valid form of name identification or proof of message correspondence. Failure to pick up this prize pack within 2 weeks will be considered that winner's forfeit of prize and winner will be disqualified from contest. At this point another entrant may be randomly selected OR contest and distribution may be immediately canceled. (8.) Prize pack contents may differ. (9) Prize pack contest or distribution may be canceled at any time due to circumstances beyond our control. (10) Starlight Cinemas is not responsible for extenuating movie studio circumstances OR Facebook service issues that could interfere with prize pack contest duration, entrant communication, prize pack contents, or prize pack distribution. (11) Starlight Cinemas reserves the right to cancel prize pack contest or distribution at any time.
