Refunds must be done before the start of the showtime.

All refunds must be done in-person at the theater for which you purchased your tickets. You must provide the same credit card you used to purchase your tickets.

Tickets purchased using third party websites and apps, such as Fandango or Atom Tickets, can only be refunded by those websites and apps, and are subject to those rules.

Online booking fees cannot be refunded.
